You get weekly reports on the hours spent from the internal redmine time
tracking system, but at least a full 40 hours per team member must be
used up each week. Otherwise the client pays for the full load
regardless. The team is formed for projects with weekly load from 64 to
2000 hours
You get a fully staffed IT department at your fingertips. While the guys
will work with you remotely, thanks to the organizational regulations
you will feel as if our guys are working with you in the office next
door. Keeping complete and up-to-date technical documentation will make
you feel confident in your project ownership and understanding
Our English teacher celebrates 7 years at abz.agency!
We’ve all had that “I’ll start learning English on Monday” moment. But at abz.agency, it’s no longer about promises — it’s about steady, real progress. After finishing our Company Bootcamp, everyone joins English lessons twice a week, in small groups of just two people.
For 7 years now, our amazing teacher has been helping the team level up their skills, telling the difference between “fun” and “funny,” and, most importantly, learning not to fear mistakes. Thanks to her, English is no longer something separate from our work. PRDs, client calls, and project planning are all done in English, with no language barriers and full confidence that we’ll be understood.

Congratulations to our 3 QA specialists.
One of them is celebrating 4 years with the Ukrainian team, and two others are marking 3 years and 2 years working in the Tallinn office.
In IT projects, the importance of testing is sometimes underestimated, but this definitely doesn't apply to abz.agency. Each of our projects has at least 2 QA specialists, mandatory self-testing is implemented, and the testing process is clearly defined at each stage of project development.
For all QA, it's important not just to know the basics of testing, but to constantly go into the details and specifics of the work, to keep focused and not lose alertness. At abz.agency, we create an environment where our team members grow, learn new tools, and get deeper into automation, UI/UX testing, mobile application and browser extension testing, and performance testing. Everyone can choose their own development path and keep learning, even after 2, 3, 5, or more years at the company.
